Senior Front End Engineering Leader

As a Senior Front End Engineering Leader, you will be instrumental in driving transformational projects and delivering cutting-edge solutions. We are eager to find Front End Software Engineers who are enthusiastic about utilizing modern open-source frameworks and emerging technologies.

What You Will Contribute

• Collaborate with a skilled team focused on distributed microservices and comprehensive full-stack systems
• Engage in Front End application development, following a test-driven development approach
• Taking ownership of the technical design and the development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems
• Share your enthusiasm for new technologies, engage with tech communities, and mentor fellow engineers
• Work closely with digital product managers to implement powerful cloud-based solutions aimed at enhancing financial empowerment for millions
• Utilize programming languages such as JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and Java, along with open-source frameworks and RESTful web services for cross-browser and cross-device development

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience (internships not included)
• At least 1 year of cloud computing experience (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• 7+ years of experience in at least one of the following technologies: JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, or Java
• 4+ years of experience working with open-source frameworks
• 1+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of experience using Agile methodologies

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are as follows:

• Chicago, IL: $175,800 - $200,700
• McLean, VA: $193,400 - $220,700
• Richmond, VA: $175,800 - $200,700

Note that candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range for those specific locations. The actual salary offered will be detailed in the candidate's offer letter.

This position is also eligible for performance-based incentives, including cash bonuses and long-term incentives.
