Onsite Only (Mahwah, NJ) - Front End Developer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to help build and improve our proprietary software platform. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has a strong foundation in frontend development and a keen eye for user interface design. The Frontend Developer will work closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into clean, intuitive, and responsive user experiences. The right candidate is technically capable, eager to learn, and excited to grow while contributing to a fast-moving development environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components for our proprietary software platform.
• Translate product requirements and design concepts into clean, functional, and responsive user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to implement new features and improvements.
• Ensure the platform delivers a consistent, intuitive, and visually polished user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following frontend best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve UI issues, bugs, and performance problems.
• Help improve frontend architecture, component structure, and development workflows over time.
• Participate in code reviews and collaborate with the engineering team to maintain code quality.
• Continuously refine and improve the usability and visual quality of the platform interface.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in frontend development or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in modern frontend technologies including JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience working with modern frontend frameworks such as React (preferred), Vue, or similar.
• Familiarity with component-based frontend architecture and integrating with REST APIs.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Strong attention to detail with an eye for clean, intuitive, and well-designed user interfaces.
• Ability to translate product requirements into polished frontend functionality.
• Familiarity with responsive design and building interfaces that work across different devices and screen sizes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.
• Experience working with design tools such as Figma or similar platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to frameworks such as Next.js, modern CSS tools such as Tailwind or SCSS, or frontend testing tools such as Jest is a plus.
