In-House Front-End Laravel (PHP) Developer

Creative Technology Innovations

We are seeking an in-house Front-End Laravel (PHP) Developer to join our internal development team. This role is focused on building and maintaining a large, production-grade Laravel-based ERP system that supports real-world warehouse, logistics, diagnostics, accounting, and reporting workflows.

This is not an agency role and not short-term contract work. You will be working on a long-term internal platform used daily by our operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain front-end interfaces using Laravel Blade, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Translate product requirements and internal workflows into clean, usable UI
  • Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and database-driven views
  • Improve usability, performance, and maintainability of existing Laravel views
  • Implement responsive layouts and consistent UI components
  • Participate in code reviews and follow internal coding standards
  • Debug and resolve front-end and Laravel view-layer issues
  • Collaborate with operations and management to refine features based on real user feedback

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with PHP and the Laravel framework
  • Experience working with Laravel Blade templates
  • Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Familiarity with MySQL or similar relational databases
  • Experience integrating front-end views with REST APIs
  • Comfortable working in an existing codebase and improving it incrementally
  • Experience with Git and version control workflows

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Vue.js or Alpine.js inside Laravel projects
  • Experience working on internal tools, ERPs, dashboards, or admin systems
  • Understanding of MVC architecture and Laravel best practices
  • Experience optimizing UI performance and page load times
  • Prior experience in logistics, inventory, accounting, or operational systems

What We’re Looking For

  • Someone who prefers building and improving real products over marketing websites
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving operational environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to think through edge cases
  • Long-term mindset — this is a core internal system, not a throwaway project
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally
