Base Pay$85,000 $110,000 annually. Salary is based on skills and experience and may be adjusted during recruitment.

Work Hours & LocationFull-time, 8am-5pm EST, Monday-Friday, onsite in office. Overtime may be required.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain WordPress sites, custom themes, templates, and layouts.

Perform front-end and back-end development, including database and API integration.

Conduct routine updates, testing, and debugging; both independently and as part of a team.

Collaborate with UX/UI designers, leadership, and marketing to deliver web designs/re-designs.

Stay current with emerging web technologies and programming languages.

Manage projects with the development team to ensure deadlines are met.

Communicate progress and report to stakeholders.

Create and customize reports for effective task communication.

Qualifications

Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum 5 Years Of Website Development Experience.

Minimum 2 years of WordPress experience.

Minimum 2 Years Of Front-end Development And Design Experience.

Experience with databases and APIs is a plus.

Experience With Git And/or Other Version Control Systems.

Experience with HubSpot and HubSpot API is a plus.
