Location: Hybrid – Basking Ridge, NJ / Southlake, Irving, or Richardson, TX

Schedule: 2–3 days onsite per week (very flexible from next year)

About The Role

We're seeking a Full Stack Developer to modernize and automate CI/CD workflows through advanced AI integrations and scalable development practices. You'll be instrumental in accelerating delivery by implementing high-quality front-end interfaces and robust server-side logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy scalable front-end solutions using ReactJS
• Automate build and deployment processes using NodeJS and scripting tools
• Integrate with AI models to improve bug detection and efficiency
• Collaborate via Git and GitHub for source control and versioning
• Manage dependencies and configurations using NPM, Ansible, and Docker

Core Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with JavaScript (ReactJS, Redux, Typescript, ES6)
• Proficient in CSS for building polished UI/UX
• Solid experience with NodeJS and NPM for backend scripting
• Familiarity with MongoDB or Postgres
• Experience in Python scripting and CI/CD automation
• Working knowledge of GitHub, Git, and version control principles
• Exposure to Java services is a plus

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• AI/ML Knowledge: Regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction
• Deep Learning: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch; CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs
• NLP Experience: NLTK, spaCy, topic modeling, sentiment analysis
• Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Deployment Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Pytest, cross-validation methods
