Senior Software Engineer - Front End

Develop and maintain high-quality, user-friendly front-end applications for various Disney brands and properties.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions.

Utilize industry best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate front-end development processes.

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets established coding standards.

Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience across different devices and browsers.

Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and make recommendations for implementation.

Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional and engaging front-end interfaces.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to front-end development in a timely manner.

Mentor and guide junior team members in front-end development techniques and best practices.

Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.

Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency.

Communicate project progress and potential roadblocks to project managers and stakeholders.

Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within given deadlines.

Maintain a thorough understanding of Disney's brand and vision to ensure all front-end development aligns with company standards.

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and suggest new ideas for enhancing user experience.
