This role concentrates on providing exceptional customer service at the register through efficient transactions, superior support, and team collaboration. It requires leading in customer engagement, loyalty program promotion, and sales generation, while also helping to uphold store operational standards. The position assists in achieving performance goals, cultivating a positive team culture, and reinforcing operational excellence by following company protocols and participating in training programs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Front End Lead:

  • Provide specialized support by warmly greeting and involving guests, endorsing products, and helping with services and demonstrations.
  • Ensure that transactions, whether sales, refunds, or exchanges, are handled promptly and with a polite demeanor.
  • Enhance loyalty campaigns by advocating for the registration of credit accounts and mobile apps, which can help boost store sales performance and shrinkage control.
  • Assist in the development of new cashiers and in the cross-training of other associates to enhance their skills in register operations.
  • Follow the instructions provided for the registration initiation and conclusion, carry out exit checks, and coordinate the login and logout procedures for cashiers.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and merchandise availability of the cashwrap and its adjacent areas.
  • Ensure adherence to operational guidelines and measures for loss prevention, emphasizing safety and inventory management.
  • Maintain participation in continuing education to ensure awareness of the latest trends and product updates.

Qualifications and Experience of Front End Lead

  • A high school diploma is the preferred qualification.
  • Candidates should possess at least two years of applicable experience, or a similar combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledgeable in retail cashier duties, sales techniques, and employee education.
  • - Proficient with fundamental tech tools like mobile devices and POS systems.
  • Skilled in strong communication techniques, multitasking efficiently, and providing top-notch customer service.
  • Having the capacity to take the lead and motivate others in alignment with team objectives.
  • Participants must be of legal age, which is 18 years or older.

Salary
