Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience. 5-8 years of professional experience in frontend development, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Expertise in modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Proficiency with at least one major frontend framework (React, Vue.js, Angular). Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Vuex). Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization. Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite) and version control systems (e.g., Git). Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices. Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior developers. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
